This busy and varied full-time role will involve providing first class support to a team of valuers and cataloguers to ensure the efficient running of the office and saleroom. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for new enquiries and existing clients, so excellent interpersonal skills are essential. As well as typing correspondence, confidential reports and catalogue descriptions, responsibilities will include general administration, maintaining files, diary management and the registration of bidders and input of data on auction days (training in our auction software will be provided). The successful applicant will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and highly developed written and oral communication skills, with strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
