Joined H.W. Keil Ltd of Broadway, learned a great deal about the business from the legendary Bill Keil.
Joined Kit and Mark Alderson as a partner to deal in antique furniture, with shops in Amsterdam and Bath
1979-2009 Sotheby’s, Torquay, Billingshurst and Bond Street Rooms.
Opened and ran Sotheby’s regional office in Cheltenham.
During this time, I was involved with many great Sales including Easton Neston, Stokesay, Penpont and Derwydd Mansion, and wonderful single owner sales such a the collections of Sir Leslie Joseph and Bobby Wills. I helped produce valuations for many of the great collections in the West of England and Wales.
