Registration to use this service must be made no later than 4pm (1600 hours) on the day before the sale.  Registrants will be approved and activated for bidding at our discretion.  Prospective bidders who have not previously registered with www.the-saleroom.com will be asked to submit credit/debit card details which will be stored with ATG Media and these card details will be used to pay for lots and any ancillary charges should the successful buyer fail to contact us by the end of the day after the sale and arrange an acceptable alternative payment method.  We also reserve the right to charge for the storage of any lots not collected by 5.30pm on the day after the sale.

We would remind prospective bidders that the firm strongly advises viewing onsite in person, or by an agent, and that any descriptions, condition reports and images supplied to the absentee bidder are an opinion provided by this firm and do not guarantee the condition, age or any other characteristic of the lot in question. Absence of a condition report on our online catalogue does not imply that the lot is without imperfection or damage, only that a condition report has not been undertaken.

Registration through the online bidding service will be regarded as acknowledgement that the bidder has read and accepts Chorley's Terms and Conditions of Sale.
