  • Set up and operation of initial infrastructure of warehouse and office admin systems
  • Introduction of one of the first Sage accounting systems and customising same to handle scope and peculiarities of World Tax Free.
  • Development and handling of distribution logistics
  • Marketing and Advertising nationally and internationally of firm and products
  • Design and research for product lines and packaging
  • Sourcing of Products and Manufacturing bases in Europe and later China
  • Liaison and interface with customers and design teams to ensure best result, tailored ranges, production and delivery of same
  • Move of product catalogue on line for website handling direct sales as well as wholesale  
July 2006 -  Now happily Co-Director of Simon Chorley Art & Antiques and responsible for Business Development through liaison with referrers, marketing and technology.  In addition to high profiling the firm's professional activities, keen to have the team participate at various levels on the charity and educational side in the three counties communities which they serve.
